If you know us, you know we LOVE attention to detail. You can imagine the amount of fun we had planning and designing Susie and Oliver’s entire branded wedding weekend. From a bridal luncheon, to a rehearsal dinner and welcome party in one day, leading up to the wedding itself, it was one dreamy weekend celebrating such a sweet couple!
Diving into the details of each event from this entire weekend because we wish we could go back. Cheers to the Jones’!
An event all about the bride? We are SO here for it! We kicked off their wedding weekend with an afternoon garden party bridal luncheon at The Duke Mansion. The color palette was specific to The Duke Mansion’s interior design, so we suggested floral dress patterns to the attendees to elevate the garden party theme and add a whimsical element to compliment the space. We made sure to add details even in the smallest of places. The bride has a love for corgi’s, so of course we had to include corgi’s (peep the stir straws!). All the way down to the “cookie” favors, honoring her “Aunt Cookie” who hosted the shower.
It was the perfect day for a garden party soiree!
It escalated from an intimate rehearsal dinner, to a fun welcome party, real quick! We and all who attended had an absolute blast.
The transition from a rehearsal dinner to a welcome party is always one we suggest with excitement! The celebration was at a local Charlotte favorite, Sugar Creek Brewing, but this time Susie wanted to make sure this event showcased some of Oliver’s favorites. We tapped into a southern masculine vibe by focusing on wood accents. We even included a Clemson cake for may we say one of the biggest Clemson fans. Susie even went as far as surprising Oliver with his favorite band! His reaction was priceless, and in that moment he took over the dance floor. We loved watching this couple and their guests dance the night away on their wedding eve!
All of the weekend celebrations led up to the big day itself! We pulled all the luxe stops for this couple. Custom signage, tent draping, vingettes, and the branding were all in full swing. Morning Glory Farm was the perfect place to highlight a neutral color palette mixed with crisp white florals. This clean design had pops of green hues which tapped into the spring-inspired look. This wedding was a BEAUT.
It was an elevated experience, but it didn’t lack on fun and entertainment! Guests partied the night away and there was even one last surprise…a visit from the Clemson mascot himself, which was a HUGE hit!
We adore this couple and their entire wedding weekend was definitely a memorable one!
