Your ceremony is truly the most important part of your wedding day. It requires a backdrop that you and your guests can enjoy but that doesn’t take away from the moment. To help you decide which route to take with it, we’ve compiled a list of 4 Wedding Ceremony Backdrop Ideas:

1. Ground Florals – consider placing several pieces in a semi-circle for a lush look or a few pieces on either side of the alter for an understated look. These can easily be moved to the reception to dress up the sweetheart, head or cake table too!
2. Elevated Florals – arbors, pedestals or stands can be decorated with florals in various ways to create a stunning ceremony backdrop. The possibilities are truly endless here!
3. Alternative Backdrops – greenery, fabric or wooden cutouts are just a few examples of budget-friendly options. When done well, such alternatives can have the same impact as florals.
4. Natural Backdrops – sometimes it’s best to just let the venue and/or nature speak for itself!
